Born in the United States, Bonnie Wu earned her business degree from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, with a focus on finance and investment. After graduation, she joined a local bank, where she handled real estate development and financing projects for over 80 companies. Property types include office buildings, hotels, residential and commercial properties. Clients include Fortune 500 companies such as Amazon.com, Walt Disney, Greenland Group and other internationally renowned companies.
Financial freedom
Bonnie Wu’s first property was located in Los Angeles, where she earned her first pot of gold and started her real estate investment journey. At the age of 30, Bonnie Wu had achieved financial freedom through real estate investment. At her peak, she simultaneously owned and traded over 30 properties under her name within a single year. After witnessing many investors suffer losses during the 2008 financial crisis, Bonnie Wu became even more convinced that real estate should hold a vital place in the entire investment portfolio.
Return to Hong Kong for development
In order to spend more time with her family, Bonnie Wu chose to return to Hong Kong in 2018. The emergence of COVID-19 in 2019 has caused a decline in income for many people. The reason is that everyone’s passive income is not enough to cover daily expenses. As a result, the quality of life suffers greatly during economic downturns. Bonnie Wu decided to share her investment experience to help more people achieve financial freedom and enjoy life.
